This title is #40 in the Series of Monographs by Writers connected with the School of Economics & Political Science; edited by William Pember Reeves for the London School of Economics. Book is fine. Bright, tight and clean. Binding and hinges are strong and sound. Pages and endpaper are clean. Vintage name/address/price written on FFEP with ECON 116C - Berkeley. No other writing within. Brown boards stamped in gold on backstrip. Book is about fine wth a touch of light scant foxing on page edges (barely) otherwise fine. Rare original DJ is present with 3/6 price on spine. DJ shows shallow chipping at crown, and one inch open chip at heel. Colson's ECON classic dealing with the economic considerations that determine transportation, and the author's general conclusions. Uncommon in DJ; rare in near fine condition; in about VG DJ.
